Sex Not Gender Nurses and Midwives are a collective of nurses and midwives, who advocate for evidence based practice on issues surrounding sex and gender. Sex and gender are two distinct, important concepts which have a significant impact on how we experience wellness and healthcare. We believe in thoughtful, respectful discussion that role models professionalism and centres care for all patients that is based on evidence.
